Hey, I’m Krystal- helping women move, feel strong and have fun.

I love helping women feel confident in their bodies, enjoy movement, and be part of a supportive community. At Fitt With Krystal, we focus on fun, outdoor workouts that make you feel strong, energized, and proud of what your body can do; no pressure, just results that make you feel amazing.

Our Services

  • Small Group Training
    Fun, supportive outdoor sessions designed for women of all fitness levels. Build strength, boost confidence, and stay motivated with the energy of a like-minded community.

    With a cap of just 8 women per session, you’ll still get a personalised approach while enjoying the vibe of group training.

    Sessions include:
    Super Strength: full body strength-focused training
    Box & Burn: boxing-style cardio for a full body sweat
    Total Body Burner: a mix of strength + conditioning

  • Semi-Private Training

    Train in a small, intimate group with personalized guidance every step of the way. Enjoy the motivation of others while receiving expert coaching tailored to your goals, the perfect balance between group energy and one-on-one attention.

    At half the cost of personal training, you’ll still get a fully personalised program based on your health, mobility, and individual goals.

    With sessions capped at just 4 women, you’ll experience a highly supportive, focused environment where you’re never just a number.

    50-Minute Session Structure
    Each session is designed to maximize results while still feeling achievable and supportive:

    10 mins: Personalized mobility & warm-up
    25 mins: Full body strength training
    10 mins : Cardio finisher
    5 mins : Cool down & stretch

  • Mums & Bubs – Mini Movers (8-Week Program)

    An 8-week program designed for mums and their little ones to move, connect, and build healthy habits together during the school term.

    Enjoy fun, age-appropriate movement for your child while you focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and feeling like you again, all in a supportive, community-focused environment.

    Session Structure (Mum-Focused)
    Each session is designed to be realistic, effective, and enjoyable for busy mums:

    8–10 mins; Mobility & gentle warm-up
    25–30 mins; “Mum Moves” strength (functional, everyday movement)
    10 mins ; Breathing, stretch & reset
