About me.
As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. I had my own personal health and fitness journey and that’s what gave me the passion and love to work within the fitness industry. My journey started when I was 21 where I was unhealthy, lacked confidence, shy girl and ate whatever I wanted and didn’t exercise. On my 21st birthday I decided I hated the way I looked and felt so I wanted to change. I started running outside and joined a local gym. My diet became less processed foods, to more nutrition and smaller sized meals. I took me a good 2 years to lose 35kilos of weight and even to this day I’m still learning about what works for my body. Everyones health and fitness journey is a roller coaster with ups and downs but damn it’s so with it. To this day my confidence has gone through the roof, my shyness has disappeared and my mind and body feel so strong.
In 2018 I complete my Les Mills RPM instructor training to teach bike classes. I then complete my Certificate 3 in Fitness in 2019, Then competed my Les Mills Sprint Training to teach high intensity training in a bike and completed my Certificate Four in Fitness.
In addition to my Personal Training business, I also teach cycle classes at a Local Gym.
